This course is designed for mental health professionals who:

- want to learn more about DBT and its 'fit' for their practice.
- who is part of an existing DBT team who wish to orientate their new members in DBT.
- wish to continue with further training through The South African DBT Institute

- At present, the only accepted alternative training to Level 1 of the SA DBT Institute is Marsha Linehan's Behavioural Tech training.
